2. Production process flow
(1) Fiber processing
Spinning: The polymer is drawn into microfibers by special melt-blowing techniques to form a multi-branched structure (such as an "eight-petal" cross-section), increasing the surface area.
Fiber splitting treatment: the fiber is loosened and combed to ensure the degree of shovelness.
(2) Weaving technology
Weaving method: Waffle Weave or Pearl Weave weave to enhance surface friction and water storage capacity.
Edge treatment: laser cutting or ultrasonic edge sealing to prevent straying and fuzz.
(3) After finishing
Hydrophilic treatment: Some products are processed by hydrophilic coating to improve water absorption speed.
Antibacterial treatment: Add silver ions or antibacterial agents (for high-end models).

High water absorption: It can absorb 7-10 times its own weight of water (ordinary towels are only 3-5 times).
No dandruff: high fiber strength to avoid scratching the paint.

Water absorption test: Determination of water absorption and speed according to ISO 9073-6 standard.
Color fastness: Passed the AATCC standard test to ensure that the color does not fade.
Fiber density: Microscopic detection of fiber distribution uniformity (≥150,000 pieces/square inch for good quality).
